The hotel was right across from the breakfast room and the two friendly young ladies who checked us in were polite and helpful. The rooms, although small and not as clean as expected, had a strange odor due to ongoing construction. The service was top-notch, especially with the staff being polite and helpful. The location is excellent for exploring the city, close to restaurants, even with a slight confusion for out-of-towners. The dining experience was okay with a 'Grab n Go' option. The facilities are currently affected by ongoing construction.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but there were some issues with the amenities and service that affected my overall stay. The location was convenient for my needs, but the lack of attention to detail in some areas was disappointing.
